Bashir Bayo Ojulari, has unveiled bold targets to attract $30 billion in investments by 2027 and $60 billion by 2030. He also pledged to raise crude oil production to 2 million barrels per day (bpd) by 2027 and 3 million bpd by 2030.
Speaking at a staff townhall in Abuja, Ojulari outlined plans to boost refining output to 500,000 bpd and expand gas production to 12 billion cubic feet per day by 2030. “These are not just metrics,” he stated, “they are indicators of hope, jobs, and energy security for millions of Nigerians.”
He promised reforms focused on agility, transparency, and partnerships, urging staff to embrace NNPC’s transformation. “Now is the time to turn our transformation promise into performance,” he said.
