By Nyesom Wike has called on residents to use the Easter season to pray for President Bola Tinubu and all Nigerian leaders, emphasizing the need for divine guidance in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda.
In his Easter message, Wike reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to infrastructure, education, healthcare, and security in the FCT. “We remain resolutely committed to the Territory’s development,” he stated.
He also urged residents to fulfill their civic duties: “Your tax contributions are crucial to building a people-centred FCT,” Wike said, while urging compliance with government regulations.
On security, he warned residents to remain vigilant during the festivities: “Report suspicious activity and observe safety precautions.”
Wike described Easter as a time for reflection, compassion, and unity. “We must continue to be an example of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect,” he said, encouraging residents to extend love, be their brother’s keeper, and foster harmony.
“I pray this Easter brings renewed hope, peace, and joy to your homes,” Wike concluded.
