President Bola Tinubu has donated six Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to Nigerian students across the country’s six geopolitical zones. The initiative, facilitated by the Special Adviser to the President on Students’ Engagement, Comrade Asefon Sunday Dayo, aims to provide students with a more efficient and affordable transportation system.
During the handover ceremony on Friday, Asefon highlighted that the donation fulfills part of President Tinubu’s promise to support Nigerian students. He noted that the buses will ease the financial burden on students, who previously had to spend as much as N200,000 to hire buses for events.
Asefon also assured that this is just the beginning of more support for students under the Tinubu administration.
