By Popular social media critic Martin Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, has accused on-air personality Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu, of misappropriating funds meant for an NGO scholarship program for Nigerian students.
In a TikTok video posted Wednesday, VeryDarkMan alleged that Nedu defrauded a charity organization that had enlisted him to promote their scholarship initiative.
He claimed he initially refrained from speaking out due to appeals from respected individuals, especially when Nedu was hospitalized, but recent evidence compelled him to address the issue.
“This kind of fraud is the worst—charity and NGO fraud,” he stated, expressing outrage over the alleged misuse of funds meant to support students.
VeryDarkMan also suggested that Nigerian artists like Timaya and Kcee were unknowingly linked to the alleged fraud, stating that they might not have been aware of how their names were used.
The allegations have sparked widespread reactions online, with many awaiting Nedu’s response to the accusations.
