Uche Agbo, the festival’s founder and director, shared his excitement over this year’s diverse film selection, which includes feature films, documentaries, short films, and animations from filmmakers across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond.
Agbo explained that the films were chosen for their compelling storytelling, technical brilliance, and strong cultural relevance, promising attendees a rich cinematic experience.
With the theme ‘Homecoming for the Vulture’, the 2025 festival will not only honor industry legends and pioneers but also create mentorship platforms for emerging filmmakers, solidifying its reputation as a key hub for both celebrating the past and shaping the future of African cinema.
