Obong Stephen Ntukekpo, has commended Governor Umo Eno for his inclusive governance, stating that it transcends political party affiliations.
Ntukekpo praised the governor’s impartial approach, emphasizing that it has positioned the state as a hub for sustainable development since May 2023. He lauded Eno for reconnecting Akwa Ibom to the federal government, noting that the state had previously faced political isolation.
Speaking during the commissioning of the Hemodialysis Unit and Accident/Emergency Wards at General Hospital, Ikot Ekpene, the APC chairman expressed hope that the newfound political harmony would be sustained.
He highlighted the governor’s achievements, particularly in healthcare, as evidence of his people-oriented leadership. “It is truly heartening to witness a leader who delivers on his promises,” Ntukekpo stated, acknowledging the positive impact of Eno’s policies on grassroots development.
Prince Silas Ekpo, a community leader, echoed similar sentiments, describing the APC chairman’s endorsement as proof of the governor’s commitment to inclusive governance through his ARISE Agenda. “This recognition from across the political spectrum reinforces Governor Eno’s dedication to improving the lives of Akwa Ibom’s citizens,” he said.
