By A deadly attack by bandits in Kajuru, Kaduna State, on Friday night left one person dead and two others abducted.
Hon. Usman Danlami Stingos, the Member representing Kajuru in the Kaduna State House of Assembly, confirmed the incident on Saturday.
He reported that Ishaya Soda was killed at Ungwa Barde, and his burial took place at Dutse Gaya the following day.
The attack also saw the abduction of a father and daughter, Sunday Maiwayo and his child, at Tee in Kufana, Kajuru Local Government.
The growing insecurity in Kajuru has raised concerns among residents, with calls for urgent intervention from authorities.
Security agencies have yet to release an official statement on the attack or efforts to rescue the abducted victims.
