CMC, DrawBridge Partner On Crisis Management

In a bold step to improve reputation management and crisis communication services in Nigeria, CMC Connect LLP and DrawBridge CM Ltd have started the process of forming a strategic partnership. The initial discussions took place on Friday in Abuja, with both companies agreeing to work towards a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, Lead Partner at CMC Connect, and Hassan Abdul, CEO of DrawBridge CM, say the partnership will focus on boosting advocacy for better crisis communication while also improving the quality of services both firms offer in reputation management.

Speaking about the collaboration, Chief Badejo-Okusanya described it as a “game-changer” for the industry. “By combining the strengths of both firms, we are making it easier for businesses to manage crises effectively while protecting their public image,” he said.

The timing of the partnership is significant, as both companies have recently launched new products targeting crisis communication and reputation management. CMC Connect unveiled “Crisis X,” a service that blends expert crisis handling with proactive management strategies. Meanwhile, DrawBridge CM introduced “PRISM,” a trademarked framework designed to help businesses build resilience against reputational risks.

The companies believe that combining their unique tools and expertise will offer Nigerian businesses a more robust and reliable way to manage both planned and unexpected reputational challenges.

Both firms say they are committed to not only strengthening their own service offerings but also driving a broader conversation around why proactive crisis management and reputation protection are essential in today’s fast-moving business world.
