The city of Enugu buzzed with energy over the weekend as key figures in Nigeria’s business, media, and political scenes gathered for the grand opening of Traders Corner Media Hub, founded by entrepreneur Judith Okechukwu.
Dignitaries at the launch included top government officials from Enugu State—such as the Chairman of Isi Uzo LGA, the SSA to the Governor on Media, and advisers on politics, research, and digital economy—as well as tech investor Gaius Chibueze (Bitcoin Chief) and notable social media influencers.
“We’re here to build a movement—one that gives local talent access to tools, training, and opportunities,” Okechukwu said, describing the hub as a vital platform for Enugu’s growing creative community.
With strategic influencer partnerships already in place, Traders Corner aims to be a catalyst for content creation, collaboration, and digital entrepreneurship across the South-East.
“This is just the beginning. Our goal is to nurture a thriving creative economy in this region,” Okechukwu added.
The vibrant launch event featured networking, music, and previews of upcoming projects, drawing praise from guests for its atmosphere of innovation and opportunity.
