Feyenoord Knock Out 10-Man AC Milan

Feyenoord secured a spot in the Champions League last 16 after a 1-1 draw at San Siro, eliminating AC Milan 2-1 on aggregate.

Milan took an early lead in the first minute through Santiago Gimenez, but Julian Carranza equalized with a powerful header in the 73rd minute, sealing Feyenoord’s progression.

The Dutch side gained an advantage when Theo Hernandez received a second yellow card early in the second half for diving in the penalty box under pressure from Givairo Read.

Despite playing with 10 men, Milan pushed forward but struggled to break down Feyenoord’s disciplined defense.

Feyenoord now awaits a clash against Inter Milan or Arsenal in the next round, while seven-time European champions Milan bow out early.
