Clark, a former federal commissioner of information and a revered leader of the Pan-Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), passed away at the age of 97.
Born on May 25, 1927, in Kiagbodo, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, he dedicated his life to public service, serving as a councillor and holding both state and federal cabinet positions.
Beyond politics, he was a staunch advocate for resource control, economic rights, and environmental justice in the Niger Delta.
